You’re Invited to Gallery Grab!
A new gala to benefit Old Louisville neighborhoods and non-profits is coming to Conrad-Caldwell House Museum this summer! Join us Wednesday, July 15 and/or Thursday, July 16 for the St. James Court Art Show Gallery Grab.
Everyone walks away a winner! Our signature summer event is an art gala like no other—and attracts artists, collectors and enthusiasts from all over Kentuckiana. There are two Gallery Grab events, July 15 ($100 ticket) and July 16 ($250 ticket). Each ticket level guarantees each guest a door prize worth at least the value of their ticket, up to $25,000! These door prizes include fine art, jewelry, gift cards, auction baskets, and more, all staged in a gallery you can “steal” from. When your ticket number is called, you dash to the gallery to grab the door prize you love most! Everyone walks away a winner.
Champagne and hors d’oeuvres are complimentary. A cash bar is also provided. Free (but limited) parking is available, as well as on-street parking near Caldwell Hall at Magnolia Avenue and St. James Court. The Conrad-Caldwell House Museum will be open for tours during this event, between 6 p.m. and 8 p.m.
Ticket Options & How to Buy
Tickets are on sale now! Choose your experience: Attend on Wednesday, July 15 for $100 or Thursday, July 16 for $250. No matter which ticket you purchase, you’ll receive a guaranteed door prize worth at least the value of your ticket, with lucky winners taking home prizes valued at up to $25,000.
Proceeds will benefit various Old Louisville neighborhood associations and Old Louisville nonprofits. Your dollars build community, broaden services, and even make an impact on the individual level, including funding scholarships for Louisville’s up-and-coming art students. Thank you! How to Volunteer at Gallery Grab
We will be sending out a volunteer request email next week. If you know you are free to volunteer on Tuesday, July 14 (9 a.m. – 3 p.m.), Wednesday, July 15 (4 p.m. – midnight), or Thursday, July 16 (4 p.m. – midnight), please email John-Michael at jmichaelalderson@gmail.com.
We will be looking for two-hour shifts on a variety of positions, most seated or indoors. Physical strength not required. More info coming soon. Note: All volunteers and donors will receive a promo code for a 20% discount on Gallery Grab tickets!
