Food Vendors

Fourth Street

The Fourth Street section of the St. James Court Art Show endeavors to offer unique, gourmet-type foods that are not sold elsewhere in the show. All food should be primarily for consumption onsite. (Packaged food products are allowed only if they represent a marginal percentage of all food being offered and the committee has granted an exception.)

To that end, we will not consider vendors who sell any of the following:
typical carnival or fair food (funnel cakes, corn dogs, hot dogs, brats, roasted corn,
blooming onions, curly fries, etc.)

• cold desserts or drinks (i.e., FroYo, ice cream, gelato, shaved ice, smoothies)
• beverages only
• food that is the same as or similar to items sold elsewhere in the show
• packaged food intended for consumption offsite
• non-food items

Food vendors must bring their own tent/set up for operation within an approximate 10′ x 10′ space on asphalt. (Although there are some food trucks on Fourth Street, we are at capacity due to space constraints.) There is access to a water source and 50 amp electrical patch box.

After clicking on the link below, please read the ‘Vendor Agreement and Indemnity Form’ and ‘Rules of Participation and General Policies’ thoroughly to determine if you can abide by all policies and requirements before applying to be a food vendor on Fourth Street. Incomplete applications will not be considered.

Applications are accepted January through August. No inquiries after September 1 please!
