Fourth Street Food Vendor Information Please read the following to see if you are a fit before downloading application The South Fourth Street Association has 5 spaces available for food. These spaces are typically filled by the vendor who has held them the previous year. In the event that a vendor decides not to return, or we decide to replace a vendor, we will consider applications received during that year. We may hold on to an application longer if we find a product that fits our need. We are looking for unique food on Fourth Street. As we will not consider a vendor who sells the same product elsewhere in the show, bear in mind that most typical fair food is already represented. Although there are too many to list, we receive the most inquiries about the following non-considered foods: KettleKorn/Popcorn/Roasted Nuts, Ice cream/Gelato/Shaved Ice etc, Funnel Cakes, Corn Dogs/Hot Dogs/Brats etc, and Roasted Corn. Please note all food vendors on Fourth must operate in a 10x10 tent with little water and minimal electricity. No trailers are allowed. Please read through the entire application to determine whether or not you can adhere to all policies before applying. Your application must be complete to be considered. If you are unsure as to whether or not you should apply, please email edsteele@stjamescourtartshow.com. We apologize that we are not able to return calls from food vendors unless we are actively seeking one at the time, due to the high number of calls received. |
