Food Vendor Information

Ours is a not-for-profit show which is planned, produced and executed by five neighborhood associations and a church.  Concessions are not sold in all sections of the show. Since St. James is a fundraiser for the Old Louisville neighborhood in which the show takes place, preference is usually given to neighborhood establishments, and then to city-owned and operated businesses. Many of the existing contracts with concessions vendors are long-standing, and such arrangements are made well in advance.

The sections which contract with food vendors are South 3rd Street, Fourth Street and the West End Baptist Church. The St. James Court portion of the show has no responsibility or involvement whatsoever in the selection and contracting of food vendors for these sections.  If not already at capacity (see indicator below), you may correspond with the individual section regarding space availability. Contracts are negotiated between the vendor and individual section, and participation is limited to one section of the show.
