Attendance
We depend on your commitment to participate. Your presence and prompt arrival
for your scheduled shifts are absolutely necessary. If your schedule must
change, or if you have an emergency, please contact us immediately!
Parking
Every volunteer will receive a free parking pass. The pass, lot information,
and directions will be mailed with volunteer confirmation information prior to
the show.
Volunteer Headquarters & Arrivals
Panera Bread Volunteer headquarters is located on Magnolia St, on the lawn
between 6th and St. James Court. You must check in at the Volunteer
Headquarters at the beginning of each shift you work. Please arrive 30 minutes
early.
Food
Complimentary boxed lunches will be provided to the volunteers by Panera Bread.
In the volunteer pack will be a selection form to choose your preference.
T-Shirts
Volunteers will receive one free t-shirt to wear during the art show. In the
volunteer pack will be a form to choose your shirt size to pick up at the show.
Training
No previous experience or special training is necessary to volunteer. Only
volunteer section captains, assistant section captains, volunteer tent managers,
poster booth managers, and parking volunteers should attend a one-hour training
session.
Weather
The St. James Court Art Show will be held rain or shine. Please dress
appropriately for weather conditions and remember to wear sunscreen!
